A route with fine scenery, nice views and twisty roads from Eastbourne to Brighton, Haywards Heath, Royal Tunbridge Wells and back to Eastbourne.
Eastbourne – Newhaven – Brighton – Wivelsfield – Haywards Heath – Lindfield – Horsted Keynes – Nutley – Hartfield – Groombridge – Frant – Mayfield – Horam – Lower Dicker – Eastbourne
Officially the route starts from the coast in Eastbourne. It goes to Newhaven via de A259, from there you follow the beautiful coast-road to Brighton. At Portslade-by-sea you go north and via a very short piece of A27, (exit Hollingbury) you follow Ditchling Road. This road goes over into the B2112 to Lindfield. Then to Horsted Keynes and underneath the A275 to Chelwood Gate. Follow the road until the intersection with the B2026, follow the B2026 untill Hartfield and then take the B2110 to Groombridge. Take the fastest way to the A267 and follow it until the roundabout with the A22 and A271. Follow the A22 and the signs to Eastbourne.
